Chris Raffaelli has been in the field of architecture for 27 years. He is founding member of Studio Architecture. Previous to Studio, Mr. Raffaelli was the Director of Architecture and Design at another firm in White Plains, NY where he was the prime contact for most of the client base, globally responsible for firm’s operation, staff, financial planning, marketing, management and quality assurance. Mr. Raffaelli also acted as project manager of the firm’s largest projects. His experience includes shopping center renovations and alterations, medical and hospital facilities, national retail rollout and prototyping, national food service rollout and prototyping, process development, construction administration, residential, mixed use, facilities planning, accessibilities and forensic studies, commercial and religious buildings. Mr. Raffaelli graduated cum laude in 1993 from New York Institute of Technology with a Bachelor in Architecture and from the New York State at Delhi in 1988 with an Associates in Architectural Technology.

Paul Tepfer is a seasoned Architect licensed in the States of New York, Connecticut and New Jersey. Mr. Tepfer has been practicing architecture for 38 years. Prior to the formation of Studio Architecture, Mr. Tepfer worked as a Senior Project Manager at another architecture firm in White Plains, NY. Paul managed a wide variety of projects including an expansion to a Japanese Buddhist Temple, façade renovations for multiple shopping centers, brick and roofing restorations projects, drug and alcohol treatment facilities, life-safety reports for a major NYC hospital, ADA studies and reports for numerous shopping centers, a country club renovation, a dialysis treatment facility, and more. His responsibilities included acting as a prime Client contact, Client representation at public Boards and Commissions, managing the consulting engineers and construction administration.  Prior to that he acted as a Project Manager in several area firms including Weber & Associates in Stamford, CT, Mitchell Architectural Group in Newtown, CT, Strauss-Edwards Associates in Woodbury, CT, Yunger Architects in Stamford, CT, Patterson Architects in Darien, CT and his own private practice in Ridgefield, CT.  Mr. Tepfer graduated from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY in August 1981 with a B.A. in Architecture.
